How to play Baccarat

Objective of the game
The player's objective is to correctly predict which of the two hands, either "Player" or "Banker" will have a point total closest to 9. You can also bet on whether it will be a tie or not.

The Cards
Aces Count as one point. All Face cards and tens count as zero. All the other cards count as their face value. If the value of cards exceed 9, then the hand value is adjusted by subtracting 10 from the total. The dealer will deal out 2 cards each unless a third card needs to come into play.

Example: 8+7=15 which would count as 5. Q+7=7.

If the player or banker hand equals 8 or 9 it is called a "natural" hand and player or banker must stand.

The Third Card

If player hand equals 0-5, player must draw a third card. If players hand is 6 or more player must stand.

If the banker's first two cards total 7 or more, then the banker must stand without drawing a card. If the banker's first two cards total 0, 1, or 2, then the banker must draw one card unless the player shows a natural 8 or 9. If bankers first 2 cards are equal to 4,Banker draws when the player's third card is 6-7 or banker stands when the player's third card is an 1-2-3-4-5-8-9-10.

Winning
The winner of the game is the hand whose point total is closest to 9. In the case of a tie, the bets on the Bank and the Player are Stand-Offs and neither the Bank or Player wins nor loses unless the Player has placed a wager on a tie.
